I might sound quite silly but

Hey Lodewijk,
No bureaucracy hold up, it's merely the weekend and the office is empty (I
know, because I was there by myself yesterday). I'm going to work today to
get your banner up as quickly as possible, as well as others I've received
in the last couple days.
If anyone feels like they're being held up in any way, I apologize for the
delay. If you're in a hurry, I strongly encourage everyone to use the tools
that are always at your disposal and that don't need any help or approval
from the Foundation to use, such as watchlist notices, the sitenotice
function, and messages to user talk pages (by bot or by hand).
besides approval, technically can any meta admin set up CNs? (It looks
way complicated and help is super welcome, though ...)

Hi,
I requested yesterday with Moushira to run a banner in the Netherlands for
inviting people to the event in Amsterdam. The deadline for registering is
*january 11*. However, the request is apparently stuck in bureaucracy with
some people who have to approve it first... Could someone please help me
here and get this up (or tell me how I can speed up the process)? I know I
could have sent this earlier, sorry for that - but right now we're already
quite near the deadline :)
thanks a lot in advance!
