I agree completely, I have apologized to Mav and made some peace
there, and pledge that we will take much more careful steps in the
future to make sure that this sort of miscommunication and
misunderstanding will not happen.

Of course, human relations being what they are, troubles will always
happen somehow.  But we can try our best, and that's what I hope to
do.
