Fundation activities only yes.
But meta is much much much more than fundation activities
and it is important not to confuse fundation activities and daily 
organisation, such as request for adminship on projects, because this is 
not a fundation activity

finally meta is open to anyone editing, freely, and I think this freedom 
of participation is absolutely essential.
