[Wikipedia-l] Some Practical Copyright Issues

There was a comment yesterday in the New York Times which brings up some
copyright and fair use issues:

Particularly interesting is the dynamics of how rapidly a notorious episode
get spread around and becomes an item.

We kind of imagine we are in somehow a private space and not under scrutiny
and we are, but under certain circumstance we could easily serve as the
source of something that results in a lot of unfavorable publicity.
