[Wikipedia-l] limit of edits for anonymous users

Why the hell not?  
If they're good edits, I don't care if they're making 5000 edits in a day.
If they're bad edits, it matters not one jot, if they're anonymous, and there
are mechanisms in place for dealing with vandals...
