And we could have a side benefit of having a bit of friendly competition
between PayPal accounts. ;) 

Starting with Germany is a good idea; we can then move down the line based
on the size of each Wikipedia version and place the PayPal account in the
primary nation most users/readers of that language live in. PayPal accounts
in Australia and the UK would also be good ideas. But we can add more as
time goes on.
