[Wikipedia-l] Test the new software! test.wikipedia.com is up!

I don't think this reaches "essential features", but on the "Pages that
link to <this page>" page it should list the links that link to a page
which redirects to the current page.
For instance:
http://test.wikipedia.com/wiki.phtml?title=special:whatlinkshere&target=Kosovo_War
and 
http://test.wikipedia.com/wiki.phtml?title=special:whatlinkshere&target=Kosovo_Conflict
(The former redirects to the latter.)

Also on the Pages that link to Kosovo War , it has two "These articles are
linked back from Kosovo War:" headers for no apparent reason.
