[Wikipedia-l] New "Cologne blue" user interface critique

I would like to "chime in" with thanks for the great job on the "Cologne
Blue" skin. A couple of minor design and usability issues:
* I've already posted some HTML change suggestions (minor) to the UI feature
changes page -- If you have already gotten to them -- thank you. If you
don't agree with them, thank you anyway.
* The "Help" link on the standard skin page seems to be missing -- I find it
useful and "newbies" probably more so.
* The "FAQ" link (on the help page) on the standard skin points to
Wikipedia+FAQ while the link on Cologne Blue points to Wikipedia:FAQ, which
''currently'' does not exist.
Nice job, and I too think this skin should be the default!
