[Wikipedia-l] Web links subpage

Hello all,

I wonder whether we need another default link in the header/footer
of every Wikipedia page.
Almost all Wikipedia pages could and should have a subpage with
related links on the World Wide Web.
I think addition of a link called 'Related webpages' next to
'Preferences' would be desirable.
