== Proposed Regionwise distribution (second iteration)==
*North = 14
*East =  14
*Central = 14
*West = 31 (basically 14 seats for all West except Mumbai & Pune; 17 seats
for Pune.Pune people need only bus travel but they require
accommodation.Mumbai people dont need scholarship.)
*South = 27 (as it has larger existing active community)

In forthcoming years, figures can be increased for N, E, W, C based on the
development of the communities. This is just a suggested starting point,
open to debate, not yet accepted and only proposed. No consensus has been
sought as yet. It is basically used for budget development & estimation as
of now.
