I think even that might be getting ahead of ourselves. Firstly, we
need to decide whether to bid at all for Wikimania 2010 or whether to
hold a smaller Wikimedia Australia conference first, which will show
whether there are enough interested volunteers to make it happen and
make it more likely a future bid would win. It doesn't have to be
Wikimania or nothing.
