[Wikimedia-l] Thanking anonymous users

Hi,

Is there any plan to allow using the "Thanks" feature to thank anonymous
Wikimedia users?

A Hebrew Wikipedia user asked me about this, saying that it may be even
more useful to thank anons than logged-in users.
