[Wikimedia-l] Organisational wikis in the Wikimedia movement: only Meta Wiki in future?

This would certainly be nice in some ways.

This would be easier to do if one could customize the site experience
to a page & its subpages; or a category:
- recentchanges for just those pages
- custom sidebar and banner rotation for just those pages

For Wikimania, we could at least merge all of the wikimania wikis into
a single one, and redirect "wikimaniaYYYY.wikimedia.org" to the
appropriate main page each year.
