[Wikimedia-l] is the German/EU Policy Issues Survey a push-poll from empowerment to enabling?

James,

the survey questions were developed at and after the 2013 Wikimania in
Hong Kong, the survey itself was completed in October 2013.

While comments to completed measures are always appreciated, I suggest
to monitor this list for announcements of future events. These
announcements will happen in advance and will be an invitation to
everyone to submit comments, change requests and alternative
proposals.
