To be sure, the interpretation of NPOV must vary according to the 
project.  It needs to allow for exploration outside the box in what may 
initially seem to be very much POV.  Any scientific hypothesis starts 
from a POV, and approaches NPOV through a succession of tests, reviews 
and reformulations.  It would be a shame if these intermediate steps 
were too quickly dismissed as some kind of policy violation.

Are you referring to contemporary Macedonian nationalism or the 
Macedonian nationalism of classical Greek times?  ;-)
