[Wikimedia-DC] Next meetups

It's time for another meetup, with purpose of talking about plans for
forming a local DC area Wikimedia chapter, and Wikimania (should our bid be
selected). We'll probably meet at one of the local libraries (e.g.
Tenleytown), followed by socializing somewhere.

We need a decision (date/time/place) on a meetup and think it's best to get
your input to help pick the date:

Looking further out, we're tentatively planning another meetup on June 11 at
NARA 2 in College Park. (shuttle bus available from College Park metro and
we can also carpool)
