It&#39;s time for another meetup, with purpose of talking about plans for forming a local DC area Wikimedia chapter, and Wikimania (should our bid be selected). We&#39;ll probably meet at one of the local libraries (e.g. Tenleytown), followed by socializing somewhere.<br>
