I think you can put the estimated cost of the flight, and still answer "no"
I did not attend Wikimania 2011.

To answer Casey's question, the survey is unofficial and not covered by WMF
or WikiDC privacy policies.

Anecdotally, I've heard feedback that the partial scholarships didn't work
so great for everyone, and would be happy for more feedback/suggestions.
But answer the survey, knowing it's not covered by our privacy policies but
if you trust Maarten... (I do)
