</div><div><br>To answer Casey's question, the survey is unofficial and not covered by WMF or WikiDC privacy policies.<br><br>Anecdotally, I've heard feedback that the partial scholarships didn't work so great for everyone, and would be happy for more feedback/suggestions. But answer the survey, knowing it's not covered by our privacy policies but if you trust Maarten... (I do)<br>

We want to prevent that people from countries far away from the venue (Australia, Canada, thirld world countries, ...) stay home because the partial scholarship does not help them enough. We don't want them all to request a full scholarship, either.<br>
