[Wikimania-l] Call for participation deadline extended

We have decided after the unintentional down of service on our submission
system for papers (due to upgrading problem which has been reverted by now)
to extend the deadline 3 more days.

inconvenience.

Call for participation will close on 19th March at 23:59.
