[WikiEN-l] Motion To Disqualify a Candidate if it supplied misinformation...

Really? I can't see any legal justification for doing that. If they lied in their candidate statement, perhaps, and it would certainly be relevant information that voters might want to see before making up their mind, but disqualification?
