A barnturd would reflect the variant, "Don't shit on the newbies."  
(Does someone with artistic flair have a nice steamy photo?)  The 
regular awardees would likely remove the picture from their page, but 
one would hope that the message would eventually get through if it 
happens frequently enough  Since it's so easy for them to remove there 
would be no appeal or continuing discussion. Still a repeated "BARNTURD 
AWARDED" appearing in the user page history would communicate a message.
