The comment was pragmatic, not about a specific legal system. It does not ever
make sense to discuss legal issues in great detail on an open list. Whether
comments one makes will still be actionable is a distinct issue (and again
pragmatically speaking, comments that are hard to find out about are hard for
people to take about about).
