[WikiEN-l] HD DVD key and the spam blacklist

"The following text is what triggered our spam filter: 09 F9 11 02 9D
74 E3 5B D8 41 56 C5 63 56 88 C0"

If what I think Florence is saying is true, and the foundation has not
stepped in, then how did this string get into the spam filter?  Who
decided to put it there and for what reason?
