No it's not.

Nor is it vicious crap.

It's a well-sourced article on someone whose only claim to notability  
is being a famous scam artist. It's sourced to multiple respectable  
sources each of which gave a non-trivial mention of it. It passes our  
most stringent sourcing and notability purposes.

The only thing that makes the case remarkable is that the WMF got  
sued. But this is not a lawsuit about a false, defamatory, or even  
sloppily done article. This is a lawsuit targeted at WMF on an  
article where the process had previously worked and worked pretty  
well. It's a lawsuit targeting us at, if not our best, at least at  
our pretty darn good.

This is a very important thing to note here - this is very strongly a  
case where we don't want to give in.
