Hell, it's functionally meaningless to *me*. I sure didn't notice.
In fact, if you'd asked me what colour the background of Wikipedia is,
I probably would have said "oh, a very pale light blue". Now that I go
and look, yes, I see there is a difference, but it's ridiculously
subtle. #F8FCFF - a grand total of 3% less red and 1% less green than
pure white.
