Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. The right to free speech applies to opinions,
not the facts we're supposed to see here. There is freedom of speech to a
certain degree on talk pages. But there are some things that are clearly
unacceptable. Racial slurs and namecalling are two such things. If a
majority of users consider a phrase offensive, that should be a clue not to
use it. Anyone who still calls name after receiving warnings brings a block
upon themselves.
