I think that everyone is aware of that sillyness and is taking it into
account in weighing opinions proffered.

I don't think that deleting people off the list who merely are
unlikely to be taken entirely seriously is a good approach.  He's not
flooding the list and is not a major part of the list's bandwidth, nor
is he causing any serious disruption or rudeness.

As long as the list is open, I don't want subjective decisions of this
nature made about who can participate.  Short of disruption or
incivility or such abuse, leave him alone.

My opinion only, of course.
