Yeah, sure.  I am not sure that ANY off-wiki behavior should leave the 
subject of an article free to post on the talk page of his or her 
article, but in this case, it seems fine.

I have not restricted Brandt to editing just that talk page, but he has 
volunteered that he doesn't want to do anything else anyway.
