Emphasizing again that I am making a personal statement here, not
speaking for the Foundation, I rather think that the point is that
*neither* of these is justified.

I am going to shut up now because wikien-l is  not really the right
place for a general discussion of the ethics of civil disobediance in
the face of human rights violations.
