Wikipedia should not define individual words, it's not a dictionary, but if
encyclopedic articles can be written about phrases (like the recent FA Bush
quote) and words (or rather the concept behind the word), there's nothing
wrong with creating lists to make them easily searchable. For example, I
have nothing against a list of phrases.
