This block appears to be in order.  The context, omitted in the
complaint, was that it was a 3RR violation, which should have been
explained - see [[WP:3RR]].  The comment was removed either in part or
in full 6 times within an hour!

In any case there was more of the comment being removed repeatedly
than is quoted here, and I think in its context the full comment
certainly didn't warrant removing, your purported offence
notwithstanding.
