Hi.

The preliminary injunction is no more. The Amtsgericht Charlottenburg
did not agree with the argument of the parents' lawyer that simply
telling the civil name of the dead hacker Tron is violating rights.

Okay, this is a good day and I hope that the parents will no longer
follow the legal path in their struggle to deal with the loss of their
son. At least not against Wikipedia.
