Here's a test case.  As per [[WP:CITE]], [[WP:V]] and [[WP:RS]] a user
proposes inserting a quote regarding extremism.
The author is qualified in *The Military Law Review *as the foremost
expert in extremism.
The NLG good 'ol boy network determines cutting & pasting the discussion to
a user page warrants a one year ban.
