[WikiEN-l] Navigation popups

I really like this tool.  I won't use it myself, but I have thought of
another, more generically useful way of using it.  Currently,
Wikipedia uses an ugly kludgey system of footnoting.  Having a pop-up,
with a short delay, could well be the answer to these issues, as long
as it works in IE...

I don't know what other users think of this idea...
