I'm not an admin, but I can tell you that using AOL will always cause
some issues with some of the less intelligent people who give AOL a
bad name. This is also true for a lot of other ISPs. You could
consider switching to another provider, especially if broadband is
available in your area.
Sorry that idiots have to cause this to happen. :(
