I thought this list was moderated.

I consider myself a firm believer in the wiki concept of 
AssumeGoodFaith, in fact I have tried to incorporate an identical 
philosophy into my daily life since long before I discovered wiki.  On 
the other hand, I have seldom come across a group of people who blindly 
cling to it in the face of the bloody obvious so tenaciously as the 
folks who run Wikipedia.  I believe this to be one of the root causes 
of our recent troubles.
