If I were in charge, I would remove the user:RachelCorrie account. 

1. user page only hold propaganda photos & links
2. teasing RK
3. name sounds too much like the dead girl [[Rachel Corrie]]
4. no other contributions but creating the user page (and 2 talk comments)

Whoever it is, should just put their resources on Metawikipedia (no hold barred there).
