I suggested something similar in the thread "Alternative to Blanking 
Pages". I just haven't actually gotten around to writing out the 
boilerplate text for several scenarios where the article would be 
blanked, nor do I know what the appropriate namespace is. If you'd like 
to tackle it, be my guest, but please read that thread first, since 
people raised some good points that should be taken into consideration.
