[WikiEN-l] Some more What Wikipedia is not

In light of DW's recent "this is an open site" blah blah, here's a 
suggestion for the "What Wikipedia is not" page.

(not that it probably won't do anything to shut DW up...)

Wikipedia's goal is to produce an open content encyclopedia. This does 
NOT mean you can write anything here.
It DOES mean that you can copy Wikipedia content and publish it 
somewhere else, with any alterations you wish (under the GFDL of course).
