Mir fallen dazu zwei Punkte ein.

1.) Müssen "wir" nicht erst auf GFDL 1.3 wechseln, um dann auf 
cc-by-sa umzustellen?

2.) Wozu müssen wir uns diese Mühe machen, wenn das andere auch 
können?

Soll heißen: wenn es die GFDL 1.3 mit dieser Klausel gibt, dann kann 
doch auch jeder, der unsere Texte weiterverwenden will, zunächst 
unter Einhaltung der GFDL 1.2 die Wikipedia "kopieren", diese Kopie 
auf GFDL 1.3 umstellen, diese auf cc-by-sa umstellen und anschließend 
die Vorteile von cc-by-sa nutzen.

Mag sein, dass ich jetzt das ein oder andere technische Detail 
vergessen habe.
