[teampractices] quarterly goals format - update?

Hi people interested in how teams do the practice of work!

A long delayed item on my todo list was to reframe my team's quarterly
goals (for Q3, eg Jan - Mar) in the "new format" that is described here:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Engineering/Goals_Proposal

Is there any movement on that to be no longer a proposal and instead
"the way"?

I assume since I haven't seen anything recently on it the answer is:
"nothing official for Q3, maybe for Q4", yes?

Can I safely procrastinate on this more or should I do it now to get it
over with? :)

PS: I'm CC'ing Trevor on this thread since he was involved with some of
the formulation of that proposal but he's not on teampractices at .
