I made https://phab-01.wmflabs.org/project/board/7/ as a Trello-like
workboard for Flow, maybe it'll help your understanding? Stop by and I'll
help make one for you.

For me, the big mental differences to grasp are:
* Everything you work on is also in "Bugzilla", bugs and story cards are
all tasks in Phabricator.
* Unlike Trello, tasks can be in multiple projects at once. The same task
could be in MobileFrontend extension, Mobile-web-alpha, Mobile-android,
Mobile-next-sprint, Deskana-worrylist, Mediawiki.ui controls ...  Each of
these projects can have its own workboard.
