1) Everyone was asked repeatedly :) Also, I know of no killswitch
planned for your use of Trello/Mingle.
2) Best to do it yourself so you can learn how to do it. No one's
going to make your boards for you in the future, so learning both the
result AND the creation is probably good :)

Feel free to toy with http://phab-01.wmflabs.org/ (total test
instance, no data will be migrated, etc etc)
