Hey all,

Before the all-hands, Gayle and Erik sponsored an appreciative inquiry[1] session among some of theTech staff to discuss engineering processes and team practices at the Foundation.

One of the outcomes was for a list of critical success factors (CSF)[2] and areas of improvement for various roles in Engineering. They then distilled them by consensus into a smaller list for each of the following areas:
* Director-level and up
* Product owners or process managers
* Tech leads, scrum masters, or developers

I want feedback from the staff to help prioritize these lists, as well as an opportunity suggest improvements and voice concerns. I'm hoping we can use this to catalyze positive changes inside Tech.

Feel free to participate if you are outside Tech or even the WMF. None of the answers are required so skip as needed. :-)

Thanks!

Take care,

terry
