Yeah, I think the context comes out ok on that. It's meant to sound revolutionary :) even if given our history perhaps it shouldn't sound like that ( because it's been a core thing since the start).

Traditionally we've done it some. Personally I think it's a good thing to do especially from @Wikimedia with more limited ones from @Wikipedia. Is a cheap (less work then a blog etc) way to bring attention to the ongoing talks.
