[QA] Beta Cluster is read-only (database restore in progress)

The Beta Cluster is currently read-only due to a database restoration in
progress.

This means that, of course, you can't edit any wiki on the Beta Cluster.
Which also means, obviously, that your automated browser tests will
fail.
