There are 100s of jobs in the Jenkins database that are not committed to the integration-config.git:/jjb repository.
These would be lost in cast of an upgrade and are already in a fragile state.
Don't be alarmed, most of these are just uncollected garbage and not left behind intentionally.
Most (if not, all) of these are jobs have been intentionally renamed or disabled and can removed without impact.
If any of these are still triggered from Zuul, Cron, GitHub, or otherwise and should be kept, speak up now.
They should be committed to the integration-config repository ASAP, or at least file a Phabricator task for it and have it block T91410.
Unless heard otherwise, these unmanaged 1861 jobs and their build history (as opposed to the 3012 jobs that are in the config repo) will be removed from the Jenkins database on Thursday, 12 March 2015.

They can be accessed at https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/JOB_NAME/ e.g. https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/job/phplint/
