[QA] MMV browser tests for IE versions

We created a set of these, you can see them at:

https://integration.wikimedia.org/ci/view/BrowserTests/view/MultimediaViewer/

In the near future I would like to refine exactly what is required for
these builds as regards

* browser
* version
* OS (if applicable)
* target environment (beta, test2, mw.o)

as well as whatever additional feature coverage we might provide.
