[QA] Jenkins QUnit test times out, but no way to know which test is affected

Found the issue by trial and error: I mistakenly added EventLogging schemas
as dependencies for the qunit tests (in the hooks file). The lack of
information in the Jenkins log in that case is still concerning, but it's
unlikely that other people will run into exactly the same situation.
